Annual RPI increase of 2.1%

During the 12 months to September 2010 the All-Items Retail Prices Index (RPI) for Jersey increased by 2.1% to stand at 142.6 (September 2000 = 100).

RPI(X), the RPI excluding the costs of house purchase, increased by 1.9% during the 12 months to September 2010.
 
RPI(Y), the RPI excluding the costs of house purchase and the effect of indirect taxes (such as GST and impôts), increased by 2.0% during the 12 months to September 2010.
