In order to access our services, you need to become a member of Family Nursing and Home Care.
Become a member of Family Nursing and Home Care
You can apply to become a member at any time. To get an application form, you can either:
- drop in to Family Nursing and Home Care at Le Bas Centre, St Saviour's Road in person
- telephone us and ask for an application form to be sent to you by post
- drop in to the Gervaise Le Gros Centre in St Aubin
- email us

* If you join at these rates and then require our service within the first 3 months, an additional £20.00 will be invoiced to you.
** Family membership includes children under 18 years if still in full time education.

You can pay by:
- cash
- cheque (made payable to Family Nursing and Home Care)
- direct debit - please telephone us for more details
If you are on Income Support or are a previous HIE card holder you will need to pay a membership fee.
