Communications Unit

 


The Communications Unit has a remit to:


  • understand the progress of developing policy and advise when and how to involve the public in discussion ;
  • ensure that the public have the best possible understanding of all facts and related issues and. once policy is agreed by the States, to inform the public about the actions being taken to achieve these policy goals;
  • seek and feed back responses from the people of Jersey about these issues and emerging policies;
  • develop effective internal communications to engage staff in the change process and ensure that there is good two way communication throughout the public sector.
