The purpose-built Customer Services Centre, provides a single point of contact for the majority of public queries. Customers who want information or advice about States services can talk to trained advisors in person, by telephone on Tel:

The front desk services provided by the Housing Department are also handled by the Customer Services Centre at Cyril Le Marquand House and are no longer available from Jubilee Wharf. At the same time, all Housing Department telephone numbers have changed.
How to contact the Housing Department
Customers can contact the Housing Department by visiting the Customer Services Centre on the ground floor of Cyril Le Marquand House, by post to P.O. Box 587, JE4 8XT, by emailing socialhousing@gov.je, or by telephone on:

For a limited period, people who call the main Housing Department switchboard or the Housing Maintenance number will be diverted to the new number at no cost. Calls to all other old Housing Department numbers will not be diverted. The caller will hear a recorded message giving them the new telephone number. They will be charged for the call and they will have to redial the new number to get the service they need.
Population Office The newly formed Population Office administers the Regulations of Undertakings Law and Housing Laws, including those that deal with residential requirements. The Population Office will continue to be based at Jubilee Wharf (Email
