Services

The purpose-built Customer Services Centre, provides a single point of contact for the majority of public queries. Customers who want information or advice about States services can talk to trained advisors in person, by telephone on Tel: 445500, or by Email to customerservices@gov.je

The front desk services provided by the Housing Department are also handled by the Customer Services Centre at Cyril Le Marquand House and are no longer available from Jubilee Wharf.

Population Office
The Population Office administers the Regulations of Undertakings Law and Housing Laws, including those that deal with residential requirements.
