Emergency Planning - Keeping Jersey Safe

The chances that you will be caught up in a major incident or disaster are very low. Nevertheless, they do happen, and the information contained within this website, together with helpful information on other linked sites, will help you to be better prepared to protect yourself, and your family, if you should ever find yourself faced with a major emergency.

The first, and most important, message is to listen carefully to any instructions that are being given by the Emergency Services, States Departments and the Emergency Planning Officer, about what you should do in the first instance to respond when an emergency happens.
