Haut de la Garenne Information

Police investigations into allegations of historic abuse at the former children’s home, Haut de la Garenne, began in 2006, and are likely to continue for some time.

The government of Jersey has every confidence in the police investigation, and when the judicial process has been completed, any evidence of a cover-up by individuals or agencies will be thoroughly investigated and resolved.

Investigating authorities will receive all the resources they need to uncover the facts in their search for the truth.
