Regulation of Undertakings - Manpower Returns
Any person carrying on an undertaking is required to provide the Minister with information on the number of persons engaged in that undertaking and their residential status. This is called the 'manpower return', and is required to be completed every 6 months, 31st December, and 30th June. It assists us in collating information on total employment in the Island, and in confirming your compliance with the provisions of your Regulation of Undertakings licence.
A full analysis of the results of the latest and historic manpower returns can be found on Statistics Unit, Manpower Reports.
We aim to make the process of completing your manpower return as easy as possible, and as such, if you wish to complete your Manpower return electronically, please email Val Aitken approximately six weeks before the next return is due. If you do so, you will receive an email inviting you to register to make an electronic return. Once you have registered on the website, a password will be sent to you by post. This should make the manpower return process much easier and quicker.
You can then complete your Manpower returns on the Manpower Returns pages.
