The Culture and Lifelong Learning division is responsible for a range of services and strategies to support cultural development and support learning throughout an individual’s lifetime.

The Culture and Lifelong Learning Division consists of the following sections:

• The Youth Service
• Daycare Services
• The Jersey Library Service
• Careers and work related learning
• Liaison with the Trusts and voluntary organisations for the promotion of Arts, Heritage and Childcare
• Student Finance
• Further and Higher Education
