Gambling Public Consultation Results Released. (Opens in a new window)
The shadow Gambling Commission (‘the Commission’) has released the results of three public consultation papers. The consultations were sent to over 500 individuals and groups, including the Gambling Industry, representatives of faith groups, the Chamber of Commerce, States of Jersey Police, as well as those on the Public Consultation Register. The consultations addressed the themes of ‘Broadening the Industry’, ‘Regulatory Principles’ and ‘Harm Reduction’
Public Lotteries Report 2007 (Opens in a new window)
The Assistant Minister for Economic Development, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 4(4) of the Gambling (Channel Islands Lottery) (Jersey) Regulations 1975, is pleased to submit to the States a report of the Public Lotteries promoted from 1st January 2007 up to and including the Draw of 18th December 2007, together with an income and expenditure account and balance sheet.
