SMA Progress Follow on Milk Powder Recall

PRODUCT RECALL
SMA Progress Follow-on Milk Powder 900g cans:
Batch number Q8E103R26
Best before date: 09 10 2009
Batch number Q8E113R26
Best before date: 10 10 2009
SMA Nutrition is recalling the above two batches of SMA Follow-on Milk Powder 900g cans The Best before date and Batch numbers can be found on the bottom of the can.
There have been reports of lumpy powder in batch Q8E113R26, so as a precautionary measure, we are recalling this batch. As a further precautionary measure, we are recalling the previous batch, Q8E103R26, even though we have had no reports of any problems with this batch. We are advising that products from these two batches should not be used.
NO OTHER SMA PRODUCTS OR BATCHES (EITHER POWDER OR LIQUID) ARE AFFECTED BY THIS RECALL
Any customer who has purchased products from either of these two batches should telephone the SMA CARELINE freephone number 0800 0890075 and the necessary arrangements to replace the product will be made.
