Plant and Produce Imports and Exports The examination of plants and plant produce ensures that consignments are free from pests & diseases and quality control standards are maintained. Protected Trees and High Hedges Trees and hedges can be significant features in the landscape. In some instances their appearance and amenity value is high and they are worthy of protection.
