I would like to request what retirement package Police Chief M. Bowron will receive when he retires this month as per his new contract from the 4 January 2017 to expire in 2021.
I would like to request what retirement package Police Chief M Bowron would have received under his last contract prior to 4 January 2017.
Response
Mr Bowron is retiring in accordance with the provisions of his contract.
The provision of any further information would constitute the release of personal data and is therefore absolutely exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
