Please kindly provide all consultancy charges and fees associated with the creation of the Andium Homes bond and to date relating to the Future Hospital bond.
In responding to this request the department have determined consultants to mean “persons who provide expert advice professionally”.
Total fees paid to consultants as at 30 October 2017 relating to the proposed Future Hospital Bond are £150,000.
Total fees paid to consultants relating to the Andium Homes bond were £400,000, which includes credit rating advice.
