Since incorporation how much do Ports of Jersey owe the Department for Infrastructure or any other States of Jersey department in unpaid bills?
As at the 30 November 2017 the following amounts were owed to the States of Jersey by the Ports of Jersey:
Treasury and Resources
Department of the Environment
Department for Infrastructure
Jersey Fleet Management
The largest outstanding amount is with the Department for Infrastructure, where it is the final year of a 10 year Service Level Agreement and concluding the transition to new service provision arrangements. Final accounts are therefore expected to be agreed and settled by 31 December 2017. Of the remaining amounts outstanding, these have been subject to on-going discussions towards a conclusion within this accounting year.
