I would like to request the following:
Numbers of properties sold off by property services broken down by year for 2012 to 2014
Total value received on those properties sales for the same period broken down by year.
Because there may be data deemed commercially on individual sales, this request looks just at the big picture, which therefore does not give any details regarding any particular sale, but just total numbers and total value on an annual basis. If this should also be deemed commercially sensitive, although it should feed into the States accounts, I would like to know the reason why, rather than just a refusal.
The table below provides information on aggregate sales and disposal receipts.
The figures include the sale of freehold interests in all three years and the sale of a one third interest in a property bequeathed to the Public in 2014.
