I would like to request to see all reports and aspects of research carried out by the Planning and Environment Department, regarding the Jersey Infrastructure Levy (JIL).
I would like to see the research carried out and all associated figures, which were used to compile and produce the Viability Assessment for Review of Developer Contributions, as produced by HDH Planning & Development Ltd (as subcontractors to Arup).
Please could you also inform me when the above information and reports will be made public.
Response
All of the research carried out by the Department of the Environment regarding the Jersey infrastructure levy (JIL) is included in the Viability Assessment for Review of Developer Contributions report and associated appendices or referenced to in the consultation document published on 21 June 2017.
