We are unable to provide this information for 2012 or for January to June 2013, as we do not hold the data prior to the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 (CHWL). The CHWL came into effect 1 July 2013. Information is available from 1 July 2013.
We are applying Article 23 exemption as the information is accessible by other means. Each quarter and annually we publish data on Registered and Licensed permissions that have been requested, granted, refused, and removed. This data is available from the site below for 2015 onwards.

Residential statuses and what they mean
Summarising the information available
Under the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012, Registered or Licensed permissions are a condition of the business license that permits a maximum number of individual(s) whose status is Registered or Licensed to work in the businesses. Individuals whose status is Licensed can also occupy qualified property.
A business, by being granted a Registered permission, enables an individual of that status to work in that businesses.
A business, by being granted a Licensed permission, enables an individual of that status to work in that businesses and occupy qualified property.

Article 23 Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
