As of 20 February 2018, I would like to know how many States Employees earn less than the suggested Living Wage of £9.75 per an hour?

I would also like to know what percentage of States Employees earn above the mean average weekly earnings of £730 per week and whether they also get non contributory pensions included?

54.8% of States employees are earning more than £730 per week.

This figure is based on actual earnings per employee irrespective of the number of roles they may have and includes basic pay, overtime, shift, standby / callout payments and other regular payments.

This figure does not include payments such as employer contributions (pension and social security) redundancy payments and other one off payments.

The States of Jersey do not provide any non-contributory pensions.
