I have been trying to find the full formation, set up arrangements and ongoing documentation, management and procedures on the Locate Jersey Department within the States website but have sadly failed.
Please can you advise where I may find all information on Locate Jersey, in particular relating to IIK or whatever their present classification is?

Locate Jersey does not exist as a separate legal entity. It is part of the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture Department of the States of Jersey.

Since 2007, the States of Jersey has dedicated resources to attract, facilitate and retain inward investment into Jersey. Locate Jersey, a team of five staff within the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture Department, is tasked with promoting the Island as a place to do business and for high value residency, facilitating the application process for appropriate relocating individuals and businesses and providing aftercare services to clients once established on the island.
The team facilitate the application process for individuals and businesses in accordance with the applicable laws. Decisions are made by the Population Office on behalf of the Assistant Chief Minister under the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law and by the Comptroller of Taxes under the Income Tax (Jersey) Law.
The team comprises; Director, High Net Worth Residency, Inward Investment Development Manager, Inward Investment Manager, Marketing Manager, Research and Operations Officer.
