I would like to know the following:

A

The total number of bus stops in the Island and the total number that have a covered shelter.

B

Of the above total number of bus stops in Jersey, how many have pavement access and how many require people to wait on the road?

C

Of the above total number of bus stops in Jersey, how many have safe pavement access and also have a covered shelter?

D

The total number of bus stops for the Parish of Trinity and the total number of these bus stops that have a covered shelter.

E

Of the above total number of bus stops in the Parish of Trinity, how many have pavement access and how many require people to wait on the road?

F

Of the above total number of bus stops in the Parish of Trinity, how many have safe pavement access and also have a covered shelter.ie in combination?

For the approved planning application for the Acorn charity shop, to build a large charity shop and approved towards end of 2017, was a full travel plan requested by the Department for Infrastructure (DFI).

Relating to the approved planning application for the Acorn charity shop was a covered bus shelter requested and did DFI request that Acorn pay for this covered bus shelter.

There are 757 designated bus stopping points in Jersey that are currently served by a bus route. 96 of these have waiting shelters.

There is one bus stop in Trinity which is both sited next to a section of pavement, and equipped with a shelter facility. This stop is numbered 3927 and located at Trinity Arms.

The Acorn Enterprises planning application (Reference P/2016/1812) was approved in May 2017. The development was for change of use to existing land and redundant adjacent buildings, all sited within the grounds of the already established facility. It was considered that the development would not lead to any unacceptable problems for highway safety and that as the site is relatively isolated with few near neighbours, a full travel plan was not necessary.

The Acorn Enterprises site that the planning application in question relates to is neither a terminus for, nor directly served by, any bus routes. Accordingly, the provision of a shelter facility was not requested.
