Response
The States of Jersey have commissioned various studies in recent years which consider coastal and inland flooding at some of the more vulnerable locations around the Island. Coastal / Pluvial / Fluvial Flood Modelling for Jersey
In July 2018 the States of Jersey commissioned a study to develop a Shoreline Climate Resilience Management Plan. This includes flood modelling, assessment of flood risk and production of flood risk maps covering the whole Island. This is a 15 month project and the flood risk information will be used to inform policy making and emergency planning. The flood risk maps will be made upon project completion.
