How much was the overtime bill for Transport and Technical Services workers who were called out to repair flood damage over the past three years?

Please give details of what they were called out for and the date they were called out.

I would like information on clean up operations undertaken by the Department following flooding incidents and clean up on infrastructure repairs following storm damage.

From a preliminary review of the work orders generated in 2013 to 2014, the following information on labour costs is available for 2014 only (costs were not separately identified in 2013):

Note that the above information is based on our recharge rate for staff, and not their actual pay and does not indicate whether the charges were related to overtime, call outs or work during normal working hours. Without significant further detailed investigation we are unable to break these down to plain rates or overtime. We also cannot identify from the system the dates of call out or any more detail on what they were called out for.

The majority of clean-up work will have been undertaken during normal working hours and as part of the scheduled cleaning rounds. As such, costs would not be separately identified for these events.
