It should be noted that the States of Jersey can only respond to FOI requests in respect of bodies covered by the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (the “Law”).
Arms-length incorporated bodies such as Jersey Finance Ltd are not in scope of the Law and the States of Jersey do not hold information on any independent consultants they may have engaged.
