Please state how much Chief Executive Charlie Parker has been paid between January and the end of October of this year, specifying much of this relates to performance-related pay such as bonuses.

It has been publicly stated that Mr Parker's salary is at a base level of £250,000. Please clarify whether this will still be the case during the year of 2019 to 2020. If not, please state what his agreed base salary will be (not inclusive of bonuses etc). If there is an increase or decrease, please explain this.

Please state what date Mr Parker signed his contract. Please clarify with yes/no whether there have been any contractual changes since that date. If possible, please also state the nature of these changes.

Does Mr Parker's salary rise in line with inflation? If so, on what basis is this (annual/bi-annual/every five years/etc)?

Mr Parker’s annual salary is a matter of public record and is £250,000. Therefore he has earned £208,333.33 in the time specified. He does not receive any additional remuneration for performance-related pay or any other bonuses.

B
The States Employment Board directive, that any employee earning over £100k per annum will not receive a pay award in 2018/19, applies to Mr Parker in the same manner as any other employee.
