Can you please tell me whether the States' chief executive, Charlie Parker, has received a pay rise or bonus, on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, since he has been employed by the States?
The States Employment Board directive, that any employee earning over £100k per annum will not receive a pay award in 2018/19, applies to Mr Parker in the same manner as any other employee. Mr Parker has not received a bonus, either on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, since he has been employed by the States of Jersey.
