Response

A.

The Jersey International Air Display ARL (JIAD) received grant funding from the Economic Development department between 2010 and 2013 and from the Ports of Jersey in 2014, in accordance with States Treasury Financial Directions.

Disclosure of the annual accounts for 2010 and 2011 is exempt under Article 26 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. See exemption details below.

In 2009, it was agreed that all organisations receiving grants from the States, over
£100,000, would have their accounts available for publication as a report to the States through the States Greffe. As the grant paid to the JIAD was £100,000 or below in 2010 and 2011 these accounts were not published and were supplied to Economic Development in confidence.

Disclosure of the annual accounts for 2012 and 2013 is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. See exemption details below.

The accounts for organisations that received a grant over £75,000 (reduced from £100,000 in 2012) from the States are available as a report to the States listed in the appendix of the States of Jersey Financial Report and Accounts.

States Assembly reports

Due to the volume of information, copies of the grant accounts are not attached to the report but can be obtained in electronic or hard copy format from the States Assembly Information Centre, States Greffe, on the Ground Floor of Morier House.

At the time of this response, Ports of Jersey has not yet received the annual accounts for 2014.
