The Les Pas claim was settled in 2005 and the land that Castle Quay now occupies was 'gifted' to Les Pas Holdings. In the 2005 settlement, were the public suitably protected in the future from a revisitation by Les Pas Holdings on their Claim of Foreshore ownership?
