Can you please confirm that the new fibre system being installed by Jersey Telecom is IPv6 capable and whether the IPv6 is turned on and available to all Jersey users and if it is not turned on when it will be turned on and available to all Jersey users?
A fibre system is traffic type agnostic.
Article 10 Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding information.
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and (b) the authority does not hold the information,
it must inform the applicant accordingly.
The Department does not hold this information.
