Are there any staff still employed by the States who have specific contractual arrangements regarding compensation payments on leaving their job. If there are, how many of them are there, which departments do they work for, and where are they on the civil service grade structure?
Whilst respecting our obligations under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005, we can confirm that there are no staff who have specific contractual arrangements regarding compensation payments on leaving their employment in the States of Jersey which materially differ from the terms of existing policies applicable to pay groups.
