Further to the previous request that supplied the names and addresses of organisations that were registered with the Jersey Vetting Bureau as at 31st December 2014 in order to access standard or enhanced police record checks from the United Kingdom’s Disclosure and Barring Service [ request number redacted], please supply the following information in respect of the following members of the Jersey Vetting Bureau.

The total number of individual disclosures of standard or enhanced police records made through the Jersey Vetting Bureau during the calendar year 2014 to the following Jersey Vetting Bureau members:

A.

Advance Plus: 

72 applications were put through;

B.

Advance to Work: 

Until October of 2014 Advance to work came under Education Sport & culture and we didn’t keep anything separate. After that date Advance to Work moved to Social Security and registered separately with us. They put through 1 application;

C.

Age Concern: 

No applications have been put through;

D.

Autism Jersey: 

31 applications were put through;

E.

Jersey Employment Trust:

32 applications were put through;

F.

Probation and Aftercare SOJ046:

Before August 2014 these were combined with the applications from vetting coming through from the courts. After the number of applications were 4;

G.

Social Security SOJ059:

13 applications were put through.
