Vibrant and inclusive community public policy

About the vibrant and inclusive community public policy

This policy area aims to ensure that Islanders enjoy living in a vibrant and inclusive community.

Jersey has significant cultural and heritage assets. Arts, Culture, Heritage and Sport are key to reinforcing Jersey’s identity, international profile and attractiveness as a place to live, work and visit. Creative industries are also an important part of any successful modern economy.

Jersey has never been in a better position to move forward strategically in relation to Arts, Culture, Heritage, and Sport. New strategies for Arts, Heritage and Jèrriais, all published in 2022, have been met positively by the community.

Key issues:

  • that Islanders enjoy living in a vibrant and inclusive community
