How do I apply for the subsidy?
You need to complete a gluten-free application form. You will also need to ask your doctor to fill in the relevant sections of the form.
You can get the form in person from the reception at Social Security, or you can call us and we will send you a form in the post.
The approval of your application will be based on medical grounds.

How is the subsidy provided?
We will send you voucher books every 4 weeks. The vouchers may be used to buy essential gluten-free foods.

What if my circumstances change?
Once you are receiving this subsidy, you must inform us if you:
- change address
- leave the island permanently
- no longer require a gluten-free diet
