GP referrals

Patients may ask for a referral to Jersey General Hospital. They may have private healthcare insurance or wish to self-pay for their treatment. You can refer patients by contacting your chosen consultant.

Many of our consultants offer private patient services at Jersey General Hospital.

If you are unfamiliar with the private patient unit and wish to visit, we would be happy to arrange this for you. Please contact Jersey Private Patients Administration Office on +44 (0) 1534 442679.

Consultant practising privileges

Consultants holding a substantive or honorary contract with Health and Community Services have the opportunity to undertake private patient work at Jersey General Hospital and have admitting rights to the private patient unit.
