Family Nursing & Home Care is a charitable organisation that provides an Island wide, comprehensive range of high quality community nursing and home care services that are accessible, appropriate and sensitive to the needs of the community from birth to death. Services include district nurses, health visitors and other support staff.
Family Nursing & Home Care is funded by grants from the States of Jersey, membership subscriptions, donations and legacies.
