Our services are located in every unit administered by Health and Social Services with our admin base located at the General Hospital.

What do we do?

The Hotel and Catering Services division is responsible for many of the front of house functions that you would expect to find in a hotel for example reception, switchboard, security, portering and back of house services such as housekeeping and catering. The overall function of the department is to ensure that we support the clinicians in delivering a first class service to all our customers in a safe, hygienic and friendly environment, complementing their treatment.
