Duties on USA Goods

Imposition of additional Customs duties on certain products originating in the United States of America

With effect from 1st May 2005 the EU Commission has established additional Customs duties of 15% on imports of certain products originating in the United States. These duties are in addition to those duties which may already be imposed and are directly applicable here in Jersey.
