Holders of UK, CI, IoM, RoI work permits

A United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland work permit holder can undertake work in Jersey provided it is for his employer who has business interests here. If it turns out that most of their time is spent in the Island then a work permit should be applied for by the company or organisation. Up to 1 week working in Jersey is allowed before a permit would be required.

The company or organisation in Jersey must produce the following:

• A letter or e-mail explaining why the UK work permit holder is needed.

• Copy of the personal details page of the passport and the page showing the current UK Immigration endorsement.
