Compliance Team (Anti-Social Behaviour)

The Compliance Team at the Housing Department is made up of 6 compliance officers who investigate complaints of anti-social behaviour across estates, and the recovery of rent arrears.

Antisocial Behaviour

'Respect is a feeling of high regard, honour, esteem for authority, other people, and self. A person with respect shows consideration for others, is tolerant of differences, uses good manners, deals peacefully with anger, insults and disagreements, and honours other people's ideas, beliefs, and customs'

It is the aim of the Department to improve and maintain the quality of life for all its tenants by dealing effectively with any reports of anti-social behaviour.

The Compliance Team would ask that before contacting them with your complaint, you try to resolve the issue with your neighbour in the first instance. You can also contact your Residents Association for their assistance in this matter. Please contact the Tenant Participation Team for details on 449123 / 449124 or click here to e-mail.

If the problem continues, you can contact the Compliance Team to inform them that you have approached your neighbour / Residents Association. Your designated Compliance Officer will contact you for further information and inform you of any action that might be taken.
