Pre-priced goods

If you import goods from the UK that are pre-priced inclusive of VAT, you may be able to discount them to Jersey prices. Check if this applies to your goods and how on discounting UK priced goods.

Some pre-priced imported goods may fall into the 'excepted' goods category. 'Excepted' goods have different price marking rules. Find example and more details on uplifting price marked goods.

Crypto currencies

Whether you sell goods on the high street or at a distance, you can display crypto currency prices. However, crypto prices must not be more noticeable than sterling prices and must be given as an alternative.
