What are statutory rights?
When you sell goods or supply a service you may or may not have terms and conditions. Statutory rights are additional terms and conditions that are laid down in law to make your contract fairer with your customer, when things go wrong.
This law is the Supply of Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2009.
