How do I make a booking for a show or event?

Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person at the Fort Regent concert desk. The Gloucester Hall seats 1,900 people and seating plans vary for each performance. Show tickets must  be paid for at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled.

Where should I park my car when attending an event?

Parking is available in Pier Road car park. There is disabled parking close to Fort Regent reception.

What time does the show start / finish?

Most concerts and shows start at 8pm. Doors open 45 minutes earlier and concerts usually finish between 10.15pm and 10.30pm.

What happens if I am late?

The management reserves the right to refuse admission and latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Are refreshments available?

There are 2 licensed bars provided by Modern Hotels.
