Jersey Homebuy

Changes to Policy H1 of the Island Plan to agree in principal the discounted sale of homes on two sites were approved by the States on 10^th July 2008. 

The scheme will allow qualifying first time buyers to purchase one of around 60 homes at 65% of the first time buyer value.  Qualification will be limited to families with a gross joint income of between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum which will be subject to verification.
