Concealed heroin seizure

On Wednesday 30 October 2019, Jersey Customs and Immigration Officers seized between approximately 80 and 90 grams of controlled drugs, believed to be heroin, from a male passenger who had concealed the drugs internally and arrived at Jersey Airport from Liverpool.

Steven Herring (29) from Liverpool has been charged with importing the drugs and is due to appear before the Magistrate’s Court at 10.00am this morning.
