​What we do with your comments and ratings

We read every comment we receive. Any comments that need a response or urgent action are forwarded to the relevant department’s web representative.

If we receive feedback about a technical issue, eg a broken link, we'll fix it as soon as possible.

We’ve already made changes to the site based on your feedback. For example:

• we've improved our search engine and the way we display our results
  
• ​we’ve used tables and bullet points to break up large paragraphs and make information easier to read and understand
  
• we’ve fixed grammatical mistakes and unclear wording
  
• we’ve updated and fixed links across the site
  
• we’ve added contact details wherever possible to ensure that you know who to call if you need further information ​​
