We've changed our website
Our new site is designed to be more user-friendly, so that you can find the information you need quickly and easily. In particular, we’ve reorganised the information on the site so that it's task-based and arranged in a more logical structure - you should be able to find what you need where you'd expect to find it.
We've moved away from organising our information by government department; this means you don't need to know which department provides a particular service before you start searching for that information.

Our new style of writing
We’ve revamped our web content and removed the jargon so that the information you need is simpler and easier to understand. We've tried to make sure that our page titles and subheadings are useful and describe the information you'll find beneath them, and where appropriate we've provided links to relevant information on other pages, in other sections, and to downloadable documents.
Improving our content is an ongoing process and we're aware that we still have some work to do. However, we think that our new layout will help you find what you need more easily - and we hope you agree.
What will be happening in the future?
This is just the beginning; we have many more exciting features to add to our site in the near future. We'll be adding more to our ‘do it online’ section - this will mean you'll be able to do things more quickly and easily than ever. Very soon you’ll be able to book tickets for events, along with accessing other online and interactive services. Keep checking back to see what we've changed.
