Island Plan 2002 and Supplementary Planning Guidance
The Island Plan 2002 is the principal document in land-use planning in Jersey and the first consideration when making decisions on development proposals. It also translates some of the strategic objectives of the States, designed to meet the community's aspirations, for many issues ranging from housing to travel and transport. The Island Plan provides a framework of policies and proposals to guide land use planning decisions to 2011. The 2002 plan is currently being reviewed, further information can be found in the Island Plan Review sectionEach section of the Island Plan is an Adobe PDF document.
