The Work Zone provide a variety of services for jobseekers and employers.

Jobseekers

Our services include:-

  • Advice to people looking for work or a career change
  • Training opportunities
  • Registering individuals who are unemployed
  • A Learning Centre and Careers Library
  • CV preparation
  • Interview skills

Special Employment Needs

Appropriate referrals to this service are accepted from any individual for whom disability is an impediment to either finding or maintaining work.  We can provide assistance and support for people with special employment needs.

This includes:-

  • On-the-job support and training
  • A range of sheltered and open employment opportunities
  • Work-place adaptations

Employers

Employers can advertise vacancies via our website Jobs in Jersey or by telephoning our vacancy line 447376.

Employers wishing to advertise their vacancy need to fill out a vacancy agreement and a vacancy proforma.  Please be aware that you MUST BE REGISTERED as an employer before advertising on our website.
