Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007- Draft Codes of Practice
It is the intention of the Social Security Minister to issue three Codes of Practice under the Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007 when it comes into force;
1. The Recognition of Trade Unions
2. Balloting and Conduct in Employment Disputes
3. Resolving Collective Disputes.
