Parks and Gardens

The maintenance of the Island's parks and gardens is carried out by the Transport and Technical Services Department. 

The areas are mainly looked after by a mobile workforce and only the bigger parks and gardens have staff permanently on site. 

These areas are regulated by the Policing of Parks Regulations and anyone vandalising or behaving in an anti-social manner will be prosecuted.  The public are asked to report any incidents they witness to the department as soon as possible.
